These include ACE (American Council of Exercise), AFFA (Aerobics and Fitness Federation of America), EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute), Speed/Power Training, Functional Movement Screen Protocol, corrective exercise protocols with the Brook bush Institute, and Chinese Style Olympic Weightlifting from Ma Strength. Competitive Athletic Conditioning. TRX certified in Kettlebell & Club bell training. I've been recognized as an instructor in RKC/ Kettlebell Concepts, Gyra Sport, IKFF (International Kettlebell Foundation) and Circular Strength Training.
As a young kid I learned gymnastics, track 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, field events 100 meter hurdles, and American Football. I've competed in multiple Tough Mudder & Civilian Military Combine races.
I've studied self-defense with Maestro Defense Systems, Active self-defense in the TruKrav krav maga system under Etienne Kotch
I have trained in various martial arts disciplines Boxing, Wing Chun, Goju Ryu karate, I am ranked as a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu under Marcos Santos.
I have experience with traditional throwing weapons, traditional Projectile weapons, Archery, both a recurve bow and longbow.
My Swordsmanship background is long sword Kendo, Saber, Filipino Martial Arts (Arnis and Kali). Most recently I joined the armored combat League and began training in medieval Combat Fighting with full armor. Studied Marciada Kali, and I have received my teaching credentials under the Doce pares eskrima system under Jonas Mayo.
